Having randomly bought an MR2 mk3 earlier this year I have discovered a simply great little car, I fitted Yokohama AD08 tyres, serviced and aligned all wheels and it's a little gem of a car, superb handling and a certain feel which only a small mid engined car can provide. I've done a short (slightly embarisingly bad) video :

My MR2 is a TF300 6 speed 2006 & so far totally reliable. Am I planning to sell it? no!

Great video, Roger!

Although I think there might be a few Mk1 owners that disagree on your pick for "best model" grinning smiley
Certainly depends on your criteria. The Mk3 is a more modern sportscar without a doubt.

80% of a Lotus and 10% of the cost I'd say

It is great to see another enjoying his MR2 spyder. I have 2004 bought September of last year. And I am also an owner of a red Spyderand enjoying every day I drive it.
